What Happened After the Pitch to the Investors?

We had projected that we were going to close this year with about $700,000 of revenue. So unfortunately, you know, we weren't able to make our 2016 numbers. And so we generated about $400,000 of Revenue instead of $ 700,000. That actually rubbed Phil the wrong way and he ended up not investing. Jake came back around after doing a good amount of diligence as well. He said even though you guys obviously missed this year, I'll still invest.
