The Value of a 360 Survey

I think that it's important to understand that you can't mandate learning. I in particular think that this is the perfect opportunity for people to model learning, leadership to model learning. So there's a lot of ways to foster that model within an organization. But again, if people don't want to come, don't have them come because it's not helpful.
