But i wonder, from your perception, what are some the foundational things that any person can learn about their body through the process of people stacking. plank on plank is probably the most quint essential thing that i teach beginners. We've been interacting in our bodies with gravity our whole lives. So it's not like people don't have a lot of xperiential wisdom. If you get taught proper progressions, if you get taught a skill that is relatively basic, you can learn all the things you need toknow how to stack.
