Is Cheating Morally Wrong?

Is cheating morally wrong? Or is this simply a different of the same intelligence ou say, is it? Is it cheating though? I mean, is there anything that expressly says, you can't do this, this, you n yes. So in this case, yes, it was wrong what he did. But see, there's your racky moral question in the future. He doesn't do because he's afraid of getting caught and getting kicked out - right?
