Introduction
This episode is a short conversation I recorded in March of 2018. Originally we intended for it to be part of a supercut on the Australian housing market. But while that project has stalled, I thought I'd release this conversation as an episode in its own right. Andrew Charlton was Kevin Rudd's senior economic advisor during the global financial crisis. He studied at Oxford University and co-wrote Fair Trade for All with Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stiglitz. Many regard him as a future Labour Prime Minister.
