The Importance of Career Architecture

Sally Kohn: I'm super intrigued by this phrase career architecture. It speaks to somehow applying some of the tools and techniques and frames that folks like ourselves bring to design projects to the design of our careers. She says it's come from a time when friends told her, "This is not the right place for you" And then she said, but my passion is growing people in design and digital; making sure they find what they need to do.
