The Importance of Movement

I consider something that gets your heart rate up, right? And your goal there is really to promote lean body tissue and improve your overall fitness. But the act of exercise is inflammatory. So it actually promotes inflammation. Your body then responds and becomes more resilient. You can over train. Whereas with movement, movement inherently is anti inflammatory. That's a huge distinction. I love that. My kids, we turn on worship music and we have a dance party. We have just a worship party pretty much every night. No, absolutely.
