Are Our Fans Excited After This Offseason?

Last year was hard on them and as I was saying they were out of it by May. Sure they had a lot of injuries especially to the rotation early on but there was a talent deficit that they were working with. They're higher internally on the pitching and what they've done to kind of maximize pitchers over the years then maybe externally people how people view the Cubs.
