How to Be a Great Interviewer

Interviewing as much as we want it to is not a perfect science. You could be the best interviewer, but you're going to have false positives andfalse negatives. There's no perfect prediction model. Someone could get all strong yeses and then start and for a number of reasons it ends up not working out. It doesn't mean that they were bad. It means that they weren't right for your company at that time.
