Zack: What makes this model work for me is the unique that i put it into practice. In fact, mine is a little bit weird, actually. But i just tink that like it needs to be a personal implementation of the model. And so and i think about this as a mentor as well. Like i have ideas about what works for me, but i'm always open to hearing what the teachers say,.What they need in their classroomand and i let them respond to me with things like "iam not sure if this would work for me"
