The Pandemic - Is There Anything You Can Do About It?
The pandemic has taught us to be aware of features that are part of the model that could be prone to drift. More continuous reviews, particularly around sudden shifts like this, would really be helpful. I think both pro active model planning and potentially clewing that into a model's risk of drift during, you know, sudden utilization changes is one take away.
