Leadership is about being comfortable in chaos and ambiguity. And so i'm not somebody who has been through market cycles traditionally, but middle schoolers are a whole other level of volatility. We're all trying to get to this ace collectively. You know, you're working to help other people also come into that leadership position. That's something that i challenge myself to do every single day.
