Working Remotely as a Technical Lead?

A lot less people take the micky out my heights, cause they don't realize how short i am. I love working remotely, but i'm having to do a lot more er, direct conversations. You have to make sure that not only are you making the time taviys conversations, but you're doing them in the right form. At so hee's a call better than slack in certain people's situations. Can it be anemale rather than a meeting that never ending discussion?
