Having a Mental Health Platform Can Help a Lot of Managers

58% of people said they felt comfortable speaking to their manager about mental health issues. Having a manager that was open and transparent about their own problems helped destigmatize the issue. A third of people we heard for in the survey told us that their company offered this, and it really helped a lot of them.
