Germany is very dependent, in the near term, on russian natural gas. And so by russia sayng, hay, you can't pay us in dollars or yours or whatever. That if we're going to give you natural gas exports, then you have to go get roubles first and pay us in roubles. The thinking is that oatat's clearly going to strengthen the rouble.
