Is the Head Coach of the Usila Gymnastics Programme a Good Strategy?

I remember my mind just becoming so clear with the fact that athletics is one of the greatest master classes in learning really, really, really tough life lessons. And i was going to take the gim an our programme, and use that as the class room to develop these young women into champions in life through sport. So what does that look like? Is it just about winning? And putting all those little pieces together? I did not know coach woodny, wouldn't at that time. In fact, i met coach woodny about seven years later. He actually became my mentor. Be became extremely close and his definition of success changed my trajectory as a professional.
