The Difference Between Spirituality and Religion
"I was really challenged with a lot of mental health crises along the way, especially in my 20s. I started reading the holy books of the world because I kind of thought maybe there are spiritual solutions for this imbalance that I'm feeling inside of myself," she says. "Religion is simply a systematized spirituality. That's all it is."
