The most recent CEO resigned after quarter two earnings for this year, reported a significant $1.6 billion loss for the quarter. Members on Fintuit noted that Credit Suisse has around 160 billion in cash, 400 billion in at-call liabilities, and 900 billion in leverage exposure to derivatives markets. But as we heard before, while these numbers sound alarming, banks' capital adequacy remains at 13.5 percent - well above the 8 percent standard international regulatory requirement.
