Youth Sports Coordinator - What's Their Expectations for You?

My job as a youth sports coordinator is to aline our youth program. My my specific, or most important responsibility is to allow players in the under 19 levels of the junior pro to transition into our senior team. Like i said, we're in a small town, and even in our senior team, we're not looking to bring in import players. We want our own players from our own town to play in our pro team at the highest level.
