I think that's going to be a constant tension in the media coverage of this. What is the bar? How do we think about this? I saw Trump's speech got like most people approved of it, who were watching it. But it was still on the low end. The most health policy I've seen from Trump are the tweets about Obamacare is failing. This was actual ideas. They were not like, but I don't know.
