The Moon Is Subservient Feminine
The moon is considered the subservient feminine energy because it has to follow the orbit of the sun or of the earth rather. He says that which distinguishes moons from comments is nothing but the difference found over the solidity of one or the other. They are less solid than comments entering a vortex that receives them and they're not agitated in their turning. So he's basically saying that once a comment gets close enough to a body that can act as its center, then that comment can essentially turn into a satellite or a moon. And any any mentions how the moon and the sun affected tides which I had to look up and figure out like the modern version but he's totally right again.
