Is the IRA Unambiguously Good?
The EU is planning to have 30% of the budget devoted to climate action. The amount is between 500 and 600 billion euros, that's a bit more than 0.5% of GDP. If you talk about developing renewable energies, as is done by part of the IRA, then to some extent it could be comparable. So I'm not sure there is a big, this proposition here, even though the forms, this expenditure, public expenditures are taking are different.
