Day one is a phenomenal app. And you're right that it's easy to get stuff in there. I have because we've talked about this before, but I use the RTA roles based productivity system. How do I make myself better? I do that based on roles. So husband is one, father is one, brother, uncle, friend. The real day one journal by the way is 4913 entries. That's a lot.
