What's the Relational Aspect of Client Retention?

Agency churn kicks in a lot stronger when it's new than when i just keep serving the same thing and get the recurring checks. I'd much rather get the new check, even if it's ltle bit smaller, purely because of the phenomena of novelty. We also work with something called, we call client archetypes, and basically identified like, four different types of people in general. And so i think that's where a lot of agencies are kind of missing the boat.
