The Effects of the Writer's Strike on Entertainment

This is going to affect everything in Los Angeles. It's essentially like GM shutting its factories downlike wholesale sit-ins or strikes at those factories in the fifties or the sixties when it was the manufacturing hub of the entire world. And so you're going to feel that everywhere, maybe not right away. But everybody from the tops of the heads of the studios and some of the craziest restaurants will be affected by an economic slowdown because of this writer's strike.
