The best way to do it is surround yourself by very gifted people a let them take those operational elements on. The second one is really establishing up front your strategic plan. And probably the last one is a leader, which is hard, you've got to accept am less perfection than others. But giving that freedom, or ptolemy, spending your time coaching and developing allows you to actully step back.
