The Metaphysical and the Physical Unite

The world to which our brains are adapted is actually the world of chaos and order. The ancient mechanisms that have helped our ancestors for tens of millions of years, or perhaps longer than that, react to that which lurks beyond the confines of the unknown. And as that happens, the locale that they're represented in, and the brain shifts from right to left. That indicates that two different modes of looking at the world are necessary for survival.
