i wanted to talk about episode number two, 69 obesity, hypo ventilation, sindrome. It seems it's definitly above the pay grade of a primary care to decide who's going to get the he triple therapy and then these advanced inhaled therapies that we talked about briefly on the show as well. I just don't think i underestimated how crucial weight loss is in this case. The work up for this is well within our wheelhouse, an echo, p f ts, a chestx ray and and just kind of paying attention,. like i said, the ser am bi carb therapy, because almost like 90 % of these patients have obstructive sleep apnea.
