The Art of Manifestation

If you have racing thoughts, you need to move your body. Slow down the exhalation, and you'll slow down the heart. As you slow down the pace of your thoughts, you create more space between those thoughts. This is what manifestation is too, right? We are holding a feeling and holding an image of reality in our mind that isn't necessarily what we see directly with our senses.
