i worked for 32 years in disability adjudication for social security. We determied ha, people who were disabled or not unable to work. And we did a lot of cases whith icue testing as part of it. The tests themselves have some value in like, predicting academic success. But they're not telling you everything about you. They can be fairly helpful but there's other corelates there.
