Is That a Good Scene?

A scene where billy bob thornton goes into a building, and he starts killing everybody in the building. But that scene is from the point of view of two just regular cops. They're barely in the show at all but you get to see him through the eyes of someone who doesn't know hima. I mean, they use this kind of scene in several and several different shows and movies. And more's more to establish just how terrifying, what a terrifying force of nature this one particular character was, from somebody else's perspective.
