Bill Russell's Celtics - The Defensive Juggernaut

The Celtics were one of the top 20 regular season defenses of all time, eight to nine points ahead of league average. It's not quite as extreme in the playoffs but they still have monster playoff defenses. Russell played 46 minutes a game and was worth like seven points per year just by himself on defense.
