Any of these could work as a baby step in the right direction after a particularly hard day, especially if we find that we're blaming ourselves. I think it's just easy to forget sometimes how those little things add up. We should be happy with ourselves for doing them, because if things feel a bit slower or like we're not making big strides, it's easy to think about the negative instead.
