Notion is a web-based app that allows you to create multiple databases with different kinds of notes. Instant Notion does something a little different and perhaps depending on your use case, even more powerful. It's an empty text field that lets you specify, okay, where do you want to create a new note? You can pick from one of your existing databases in Notion. A note can be active, archived or marked as working on.
