I worry so much about how deeply seated sometimes our hypocrisy can be. So for example, we'll have a festival when we talk about a lot of environmental conservation and indigenous justice, and yet all of the performers on stage are wearing polyester and glitter. Those unseen people who generate the clothes on our backs, the very food that we eat, Indian farmers and the Punjabi cotton belt right who are extremely, in some cases, poor. Those are the people that are affected first. If we don't keep them in mind and care for them, we're living in ignorance we're delighting in ignorance. It's heavy to talk about but it's something we have to talk about when
