Journaling
I think the key is to integrate activities that kind of force you to be a little bit bored, whether that's running or getting a message. You have to start the chain reaction of unpacking what's going on in your head. But obviously, i always am a hug am advocate for journaling. I think that taking your journal and just starting to write about how you feel, we'll help to unlock more things than you even anticipate before you start journaling.
