The open fill community growth team has been actively hiring for a while, and they're looking to roughly double in size about four people right now. The other teams are not growing very fast. We sort of feel that there's a lot of the top grants we want to make. And you mentioned becoming co CEOs with Alexander. Can you talk a bit more about that and how has that arrangement been working on the global health and well being side.
