Tommy Tuberville has a seat at the table now, and he's enjoying his own power. An article in Law Fair suggests that social media platforms could be subject to rules of unjust enrichment by algorithm. The idea is that misconduct should not be profitable for companies like Facebook or Twitter. Ben: It would have to come up with some type of just issueable standard that shows that a company like Meta was actually engaging in misconduct.
