The Teacher of Ecclesiastes, Chapter Two
In Ecclesiastes, the teacher deconstructs two ways that people look for meaning in life. And he calls them both meaningless or empty. The pursuit of immediate pleasure and sacrifice all of your future for whatever gives you a temporary dopomine hit doesn't give your life any more meaning. You know what? Don't sacrifice all ofyour nows for a future that may never come. I mean, i've heardn there's some balance here. There's some wisdom here.
