The Importance of Outsourcing in E-Commerce
I think the biggest mistake was just waiting too long to change things especially from like a marketing and advertising perspective. If I were to do this all over again I would be blessed with the opportunity to build a website to really get it right you know then leverage my experience as well so giving the customer the ability to leave a review to give us feedback having a whole feedback loop. And if somebody's listening to this and saying oh I kind of want to get into this style of e-commerce business what are some of the startup costs that they might be looking at?
