What Is Infa Structure?

In the twenties and thirties, we built incredible levee structures that are visible from the moon. This is what we're traditionally kind of describing as infa structure. So i guess i've been just trying to push the definition of infa structure away from that kind of false concept of problem solution in a climate changed world. And then try to push an infa structure concept that has to do with building natural systems as a form of infa Structure,. Then also thinking about social life and actions and human behavior as a forms of infaructure.
