One day I was poking through this thing as, and as I kind of got really acclimated to the calculations that were in this very complex document. Suddenly like one of the numbers didn't make sense when I made a change. That's not what should have happened. So even though this wasn't necessarily like a customer generated or site side issue, it still had a big story behind itthat I couldn't wait to present. It is very, the simplicity almost fools people who think it can be that easy, but it's not that easy.
