Are the Organizations Too Top Heavy?

i think it's important to knote that this work was done by a, a new organizer. This is not the case of an existing labor union coming into amazon and organizing it. He started his own, his own shop. And i think that that there's instruction here for, you know, the, the corporate folks, for sure. But there there's also some instruction here for labor in terms of how we think about where the movement goes from here. I hate what they had to say about em in that memo. The whole performance withall init this doesn't mean that they have to agree with everything that a union says, right? Or even tasthey want a union.
