Resale vs BTO?

VTOs have been stable over the last few years. Resale was a different story because what happened was COVID. Our housing program was on track. We were building a certain number of flats every year. Then you remember how we had to close the dorms? It means that the construction workers couldn't come out. The whole housing program got delayed. Shalyu is back on track and we're ramping up. So hopefully it'll stabilize after a while.
