The Meta-Systematic Stage of Adult Development
If your mind can produce functions, then you are at the formal stage. That's still a majority of most people, right? To be able to create a function, you need to a variable. And we can formulate such abstract variables, so 90% of us can do that - but only a few percent have display. The first adult stage is one variable; the second adult stage means a function between two variables. Above that, you have meta-systematic stages which include topology and non-arbitrary interactions.
