Many times the person is simply afraid or angry and doesn't know a resourceful way to release that energy. When someone judges you or bullies you, make a step back and ask them if they mean to hurt you. Don't invest your entire identity into a cause or a relationship. Sometimes it's time to let go of those things that keep you on the rollercoaster ride.
