How to Measure the Quality of the Conversations Between the Computer and the Person?
How do i understand how well this system is doing with my customers? How do i understand the quality of these conversations between the computer and the person? And there is not good tooling for that. So we were like, our play in general, has really been about quality. You need to know how well you're doing in order to have any sensible business strategy. It's more of work, and ongoing work, than people at first conceptua lize that it's gets right.
