Am a mind set. Is the thing that i've found to be a really nice category. So i can take s as well, which is fill a stapler, shred some papers, file my expense report file,. Report new cover a, all allo those sort of administrative type tasks. M and so something i been going through and doing is just explicitly tagging things which do require more energy am.
