How to Create a Feedback Loop

The first thing I would coach you to do is ask and act. Verbally commit that you're open to feedback in like say it in staff meetings, say it in one-on-one meetings. When you're talking to your staff, include language like, hey, send us your thoughts or feedback. You've probably seen that episode from Ted Lasso, where he has, you know, when Ted first starts working with the soccer club, he creates a feedback box.
