Kristi: What is something that you have been learning about lately? Now it can be job related. It could also be like, I think someone had told me they were learning to flyfish. Allison: A lot of what I've been spending my time working on and reading about is, what do we do about older readers who are lack a lot of those foundational skills that they need to be effective?"
